El Quisco
There are four meals a day in Chile. Here’s how we are spending them in El Quisco…
desayuno – fry up some eggs, make some coffee and watch the pelicans from our living room table.
almuerzo – walk down to the muelle and get some fresh ceviche. Wander the beach.
once – chips and beer on the deck, or a glass of wine on the rocks around the bend.
cena – fry up some fish, veggies and finish the bottle while we watch the fishermen motor in for the evening from our deck.
What a life!! I especially like once and cena. Maybe it’s just the wine. Is this the place to retire??
