Found It
We were looking for a campsite and we found one right on the beach just north of El Tabo (not El Tebo). The problem was, it just didn’t feel right. So, we turned around and drove back up north for a few minutes. We just knew there had to be something better.
We turned off the road in a town whose name we didn’t know and drove out towards a point. Nothing there. We drove around a bit more and then some more. Nothing.
Then, we found it.
El Motel Galeon. A decidedly down-scale establishment on a dirt road with two-bedroom cabanas, 10 meters from the Pacific. And, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, hot showers, a deck… all for $40 USD. Quite a deal.
We parked on the roof and called it a day.
No stop at the world’s largest swimming pool eh? San Alfonso del Mar. You can see it from space. Haha.
Bumble – we had no clue. It’s not the right season, so maybe next time 😉
