1st Day

We haven’t been on the snow since Chillan. We haven’t been on our own gear for 5 years.*

Our first day back was a fun warmup.

Immediately after getting off the 1st lift, Bode says, “uh, I’m not sure I remember how to do this.” With a little encouragement and a few tips (and a few spills,) he was back at it. Hitting little jumps and cutting through the tress before we got to the bottom of the 1st trail.

Every day in the mountains is a good day.

*We’ve got the old stuff. Bode has all new gear, of course. The kid grows.
