You must hit Cafe d'Oillo (coffee from the pot). Spelling sucks but it's right down town. The best Don Julio Rocks Margies ever. Plus the Queso Fundido is addictive as hell. Great food and an awsome place. The best taco stand I found was just north of down town called Pepe's accross from a Pemex station. It's kind of big, lots of hot pink and really kind off odd looking but get a pile of the Gringas tacos. Oh they are good. If you just take the public bus you can get off at the corner, grab a cervesa at the corner market, bring it on the next bus that comes along and suddenly a trip accross town can be quite lovely!
