Looks like some kind of rolling Voodoo ,worship shrine , thingy. Well as long as you don't hang those fake bull balls from the back bumper .... then again...hmmmmmmm. Put some red lights in the eye sockets that blink with the turn signals. Tha would really cause an accident if you looked in your rear view mirror and saw that.
